How to Use

Defender Essential Oil Blend 10 mL:Diffuse Defender in your favorite Plant Therapy diffuser. Add to your favorite carrier oil or lotion at a 2-4% dilution for topical application. To make a fantastic cleaning spray, add 15 drops of Defender and 1 tablespoon of Castile Soap or dishwashing liquid to 4 ounces of distilled water. Just spray and wipe to help keep your home clean during times of seasonal illnesses!

Relax Essential Oil Blend 10 mL:Excellent for diffusion, massage, body care, or bath products. Can also apply to arms, wrists, or temples. At night, place one or two drops near your bed pillow. For topical use, dilute to 3-5%. For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2%.To make a body wash using Relax, mix together ⅔ cup of Castile Soap, ½ cup of distilled water, ¼ cup of honey, 2 teaspoons of Jojoba Carrier Oil, and 30 drops of Relax. Pour into an ounce pump bottle.

Worry Free Essential Oil Blend 10 mL:Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
