What should you look for in a sunscreen?

The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends picking a sunscreen that includes a SPF of 30 or higher. You’ll also want a sunscreen with broad-spectrum protection that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Lastly, look for a sunscreen with water-resistance. While no sunscreen is completely waterproof, sunscreens that are water-resistant will stay on wet or sweaty skin for up to 80 minutes.

What´s the difference between SPF 30 and SPF 50?

A rating of SPF 30 means approximately 3% of UVB rays will hit your skin, while SPF 50 translates to about 2%.

How to Use

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
