How to Use

Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie:

Ingredients:1 frozen banana
1 kiwi
3-5 frozen strawberries
4 ice cubes
1-2 scoops raspberry probiotic powder
½ cup nut milk of choice (we used almond milk!)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Blend until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
3. Pour into your favorite glass and finish with freshly cut fruit for a tropical flair or a sprinkle of chia seeds for a dose of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Note: Ora recommends anywhere from 1 to 2 scoops of their probiotic powder in their recipe. Start out with 1 scoop for the first few weeks — especially if you´re new to probiotics. If, after a few weeks of taking your probiotic regularly, you want a bigger dose of microbiome health, then feel free to bump your recipe up to two scoops (more probiotics and more delicious flavor).
