How to Use

Recommended routine:1. Clean and dry application area.2. Select combination of acu-points to best address desired use. 3. Place magnet of each acu-point and secure by pressing adhesive.4. Repeat the point on both right and left sides, for center points only use one magnet.5. Leave magnets for up to 4 days.

Use 8-10 magnets total per application weekly for best results.
