How to Use

Approved for use with Foodstuffs. Can be used for long-term food preservation with water bath canning process. Dishwasher Safe. Freezer Safe. Glass is microwave safe and oven safe up to 300 deg F.

Handwashing of rubber seal will extend its useful life. Rubber seal is a replacement part and a new seal should be used for each canning event.
