This complete Omega 3 6 9 complex supports your heart, brain, vision, and joints. Every serving offers 600 mg of Omega-3 with 150 mg of Algal DHA as well as SDA, ALA, GLA, and OA fatty acids. By sourcing our fish-free Omegas from Ahiflower(1) oil and Algae oil, we aim to help combat the effects of overfishing.+

Unlike many Omega 3 fatty acid supplements, our vegan Omega 3-6-9 uses a delayed release liquid capsule designed to be released in the intestine — not the stomach — to reduce burps. For a better taste experience, every capsule is coated and infused with lemon oil. Adults take two liquid capsules daily any time of day with food and a beverage.

This formula is suitable for both Vegan and Vegetarian diets. Every bottle contains 60 capsules for 30 servings.
